Hi Steve,
The first photo is me with my Whitetail Deer and two Turkeys I shot in Nebraska in 2009. The next two shots are of Turkeys I took in Nebraska last year. All the Turkeys weighed around 25 lbs.
Thanks Wayne Oberg

I missed the deadline but these are the animals except the montana antelope I picked him up from my taxidermist this year, got him last year! I have seen your site and seen the animals you have taken, I just wanted to share these with your company. I am a father of 3 and have a limited time to hunt “do to being active duty coast guard”, wish I could do an Adak hunt and dream about Africa! Some day until then your company rocks! I live thru seeing the animals you harvest!

Those of you who hunt turkey know what a Limb Hanger is and how hard it is to get one. My son Chris Sillitoe took this nice Tom in Southern Utah and as you can see it is a Limb Hanger.
To determine this you find a small branch to hang your turkey and if his spur’s are hooked enough it will hang on the limb.

This was a big step for me. The first Merriam Turkey tag that I had ever purchased and an 8 year old son that was dead set on being there with me every step of the way. This was a hunt for the two of us and on the second to last day of the hunt I got lucky and called us in a turkey. My son had hunted in the past with me, but was never there when I was fortunate enough to take any animal. This year was great, having him there with me was an experience that I will never forget.
Thanks for your help Tyler.
Merriam Turkey was taken in Southern Utah with an over the counter late spring tag.

For about 3 years some of my hunting friends and I have went to Wyoming to hunt Wild Turkeys We have done very will, The first year we were 11 out of 11 and all of us took a mature Tom. When I called this one in there were two different groups of turkeys and Chris took one of the biggest Toms out of the 2nd group at 8 yards.

Sorry, Royce didn’t give us any juicy tidbits about how he was able to harvest this turkey. Knowing Royce as I do he always has a story so maybe next time we can hear all about it.

April 10th my son Chris Sillitoe took this nice Tom near our home in Southern Utah. This is his 9th bird we have taken together.
We both have hunted different animals all over the world and agree turkey hunting is one of the best.
This hunt will go down as one of the best we have done together. It was about 1:30 p.m. and the wind was blowing very bad, so we had decided to go back home and hunt later that after noon. We returned to the Jeep and our good friend Steve Carroll who was with us spotted this Tom and 6 hens across a small canyon where we were parked. We made a plan were Steve would watch from where we were, myself and Chris would climb up the side of the canyon we were on then cross at the top and come down from above. We got to where we could see Steve across the canyon and set up just about 100 to 120 yards above them. After setting up I started with some hen calls. Not very many calls at first but after the first call Steve could see the Tom looking in our direction. It was about 10 minutes and 5 or 6 calls he made his first gobble, after the 2nd gobble I could tell he was coming to us. I was also doing the filming so when I could tell he was coming I put my box call down and started filming. He came very slowly and was looking around intensively. He stepped out from behind some sage brush and Chris put him down with one good shot. All three of us have a great passion for calling, hunting and filming turkeys.I have called in all of Chris 9 gobblers and he has returned the favor many times for me.
On his first turkey hunt when he was 12 year old we went to the state of Oregon and hunted with Ellis Hunting Ranch where we took a double together.
Chris is also a hunting consultant with Bryan Carter and myself
