I just love this picture of a rutting Mule Deer in Nevada. I have found him three years in a row and we think he scores over 200 B&C typical. Let me know what you think he scores.

Not a bad morning on the Snake River near Swan Valley, Idaho. We left home at 1:30 a.m. and it was -10 when we pulled into the parking area. We had a great time with the mallards decoying very well. A beautiful day out of the smog to cap off the season.

The Hole Buck, I estimate this buck at low 180′s. I took all three pictures at 40 yards of this buck. This is the best pictures I have taken of any Mule Deer in the wild. This is not a national park deer, he was in an area where deer are hunted. At the time the picture was taken there was a doe hunt going on. I took over 20 photos and 3 came out great!

The picture of this split horned buck was taken this year and the next picture is the same buck last year. He was in the same canyon as last year. Take a close look at the right side main beam, it has a split at he end. Both pictures show the same split.
